Cancellation before payment

1. Login to "My Account" and click on "My Orders".

2. Select the order number you want to cancel.

3. Click on "Delete this order" and confirm that you want to cancel it.

 

Cancellation after payment

Please note that we may provide appropriate cancellation policies or address customer inquiries depending on the product category.

1. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will receive a full refund.

2. Orders cancelled more than 24 hours after payment is confirmed will be eligible for a partial refund, including full shipping costs and 60% of the product purchase price.

3. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Note: Deductions are for re-shelving/processing costs.

 


We encourage you to thoroughly inspect your package upon receipt and confirm that the item is the one you purchased.

If you are exchanging/returning items, please make sure they are in their original condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

 

For defective products

(This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective)

We are very sorry that you received unsatisfactory or damaged products, in which case a full refund will be issued. However, this must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the goods and will require proof of damage to the goods themselves upon receipt.

 

Customers will need to contact us at [email protected] to obtain an RMA number prior to returning the item.

Any returns without an RMA number may be refused.

After receiving confirmation from our customer service, please follow our customer service instructions and send the product back to us.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and all charges incurred.

 

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be considered a return.

 

Refunds (if applicable).

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return.

 

We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

 

All returns should be sent to our relevant warehouse address. Please contact our customer support team (email: [email protected]) to obtain the correct address for your order (please note that the company address is not our return address).

 

If you do not receive your refund within 7 business days, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

 

Please note: Customers are only required to pay a maximum of one shipping charge (including returns); no restocking fee will be charged to the consumer when returning products.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
